Here are the market trends I am seeing from November 2022 to January 2023 as we rang in the new year: The median sales price of homes sales in the month of November in Argyle was $684,270. The month of December saw a median sales price of $550,000. 33 homes closed in November, and 27 homes closed in December. As of January 8th, we’ve had ONE home close in 2023, but I’m sure that number will tick up quickly as we sail through the month! Median days on the market in November was 33, and December saw a slight spike up to 40. Let’s see how January 2023 shakes out!
